Ark Limited was founded in 1995 as an architectural design, design&build and consulting firm. In 1997 an agreement aimed at co-operation in design services as well as local supervision of construction was signed with Bernard Engle Architects & Planners – later to become TP Bennett Engle - and Ark Limited began to represent the London-based firm regionally.
